PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an appliance control system and household electric appliance capable of confirming a history of abnormal stop of a controlled appliance.SOLUTION: A home management device 2 creates interruption state information showing that communication with a server 5 is in an interrupted state, in the case that a home operation terminal 4 does not operate a household electric appliance and periodic communication does not resume until certain time passes after information transmitted from the server 5 by the periodic communication cannot be received when being communicating with an operation terminal 7 outside a house through the server 5; manages a running history information including stop information showing that the household electric appliance stops, on the basis of the interruption state information; and makes the operation terminal 7 outside the house or a terminal inside the house (home operation terminal 4 or operation terminal 7) display a running history based on the running history information. |
