PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute human flow distribution estimation processing of a large scale more efficiently.SOLUTION: A human flow distribution delivery system 102 utilizes a dispersion platform 101 and generates a large amount of assumptions on the basis of a human flow model expressing human flow changes, and by evaluating compatibility of the assumptions with measured data obtained by a human flow measuring device 103, a human flow distribution is calculated that does not conflict with the measured data. In these circumstances, duplication calculation is eliminated by calculating time evolution processing of the human flow distribution based on the human flow model, for each resembling human flow model, and evaluation against an actual measured value is accelerated by using spatio-temporal indices. Accordingly, by combining a small number of real-time measured data and a total number survey result which is surveyed only at a specific time point, a human flow distribution is obtained close to the real-time total number survey result. |
