<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PCB extraction device capable of achieving low cost due to significant reduction of a reagent amount required for PCB extraction, the simplification, speedup and high efficiency of PCB extraction processing, and a PCB detection method using the device. <P>SOLUTION: A PCB extraction device, which extracts polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) contained in an insulating oil, includes a capillary column for decomposing the insulating oil and a micro fluid device 20 for extracting PCB from the insulating oil decomposed by the capillary column.
