PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a makgeolli (Korean alcoholic beverage) flavor beverage having a sufficient flavor and having an alcohol content of less than 1% (v/v) without a fermentation process.SOLUTION: The makgeolli flavor beverage having an alcohol content of less than 1% (v/v) uses a saccharified farm product as a raw material, and having a Ref. Brix of not less than 8% (w/w) and less than 40% (w/w), a pH of 3.5-4.6, an ethyl alcohol content of not less than 100 μL/L and not more than 4,000 μL/L, and an isoamyl alcohol content of not less than 50 and not more than 1,000 μL/L. |
