The present invention provides an apparatus for checking workpiece clamping, which comprises: a chuck clamping the other end of a workpiece of which one end is clamped in a jaw of a spindle, and arranged to be rotated; a shaft of which one end is connected to the chuck to be equally rotated; a housing supporting the chuck at one side thereof, and accommodating the shaft; and a rotation detection unit connected to the other end of the shaft to detect torque of the shaft.
