The present invention relates to an electronic device control apparatus having a steering wheel, an electronic device control method, and a recording medium recording a program. The electronic device comprises: a steering wheel controlling operation of the device through rotation; a touch input unit provided to the surface of the steering wheel to generate a touch signal containing at least one information among a contact position, contact time, a contact pattern, a contact range, contact pressure, the drag direction, a drag distance, a divided touch section of a contact surface in accordance with contact of a user; a touch command output unit recognizing a touch command based on the touch signal to output a recognition result; and a control unit controlling a function of at least one electronic device operated by responding to the touch command. |
