PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image collection system for much more quickly collecting a necessary image by collecting the image by using a much wider image provision source as an object.SOLUTION: The image collection system includes: image management information reception means for receiving image management information as information relating to an image stored in an image storage device; image management information storage means for storing the image management information; image request reception means for receiving an image request; determination means for determining whether or not the image satisfying conditions requested by the image request is stored in the plurality of image storage devices by referring to the image management information; and request means for, when the image satisfying the conditions requested by the image request is stored in the plurality of image storage devices on the basis of the result of determination, requesting the transmission of the image satisfying the conditions requested by the image request to the image storage device in which the image satisfying the conditions requested by the image request is stored. |
