PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart superior conductivity to a rubber composition with silica mixing, while suppressing increase in a content of conductive substances.SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a rubber composition for a tire, including silica as a main reinforcing filler, conductive substances are added and mixed to two kinds or more main diene rubbers for constituting rubber components with the largest volume ratio. By adding and mixing the other diene rubbers with the reinforcing filler, to an obtained mixed object, conductive substances such as a carbon nanotube and a vapor grown carbon fiber, etc. are unevenly distributed in a main diene rubber that forms a continuous phase. |
