PURPOSE:To suitably control humidity by controlling the temp. on the surface of the water separation plates in a water separation zone to give them humidity control function. CONSTITUTION:There are provided the atomizer 9 making the water in a water vessel 13 into mist, an ozone generator 10 blowing gaseous ozone into the mist, and a gas mixing zone 4, a water separation zone 5 and a suction and discharge fan 6 between an air suction port 2 and an air discharge port 3. In the gas mixing zone 4, the mist, the outer air introduced from the suction port 2, and gaseous ozone are made into mixed gas, and then discharged through the water separation zone 5 having water separation plates 12 from the discharge port 3 by the suction and discharge fan 6. And, by the water separation plates 12, the water content in the mixed gas is made into large particles of water solution which is discharged from a water discharge port 11, and the temp. on the surfaces of the water separation plates 12 is controlled by heaters 13 and coolant pipes 14 to give humidity control function. As a result, dust and malodor are perfectly removed, and the suitable humidity control is carried out. |
