The present invention relates to an integrated bus bar cover structure and, more specifically, to an integrated bus bar cover structure, capable of blocking the power of the electric power control device (EPCU) or the on-board charger (OBC) by releasing an interlock connector even though any one cover of the two bus bar covers is opened, by integrally connecting a bus bar cover of a high voltage terminal mounted on an electric power control unit (EPCU) to a bus bar cover of a high voltage terminal mounted on an on-board charger (OBC) by using a cover connection unit, and mounting the interlock connector on only one of the bus bar cover of the high voltage terminal mounted on the electric power control unit (EPCU) or the bus bar cover of the high voltage terminal mounted on the on-board charger (OBC). The integrated bus bar cover structure according to a first embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first bus bar cover unit which isolates the high voltage terminal unit of the electric power control unit (EPCU) from the outside; a cover connection unit which connects the first bus bar cover unit to a second bus bar cover unit; and the second bus bar cover unit which isolates the high voltage terminal unit of the on-board charger (OBC) connected to the high voltage terminal unit of the electric power control unit (EPCU) from the outside, and mounts the interlock connector which blocks the power of the on-board charger (OBC) when the bus bar cover unit is opened. |
