The present invention relates to fibers for sanitary materials, sanitary materials, and a method for producing the sanitary materials. More specifically, the present invention relates to composite fibers with excellent absorptiveness and adhesive properties suitable for uses in absorptive articles for sanitary materials such as diapers, napkins and pads, medical treatment sanitary materials, life related materials, general medical treatment materials, bedding materials, filter materials, hospital supplies, pet products, and others; non-woven fabrics produced through the composite fibers; and a method for producing the non-woven fabrics. Fibers for sanitary materials according to the present invention comprise: core parts including circular cross-sectional shaped fibers; and sheath parts including multiform cross-sectional fibers which surround the core parts. The fibers for sanitary materials according to the present invention are sheath-core type composite fibers satisfying an atypia degree of relational expression 1. In the relational expression 1, A is a fiber cross-sectional area (μm ^2), and P is a length (μm) of a fiber cross-sectional circumference. |
