The present invention relates to a transfer unit using a cable. The transfer unit using a cable comprises: a main cable which passes through a high place and a low place; a moving device which is formed to be moved along the main cable; and a towing device which tows the moving device to the high place by restricting the moving device and releases the moving device. Therefore, the present invention reduces manufacturing and maintenance costs compared with when the power source of the moving device is improved by allowing the towing device to move the moving device to the high place by restricting the moving device and then release the moving device in order to accelerate the moving device using the thrust caused by the power source of the moving device and the potential energy of the moving device, and moves the moving device at high speed compared with when the power source of the moving device is used only.
