The present invention provides an organic electroluminescent display diode. The organic electroluminescent display diode includes a substrate where a plurality of pixel regions are defined, a floating electrode which is arranged on the substrate corresponding to the boundary between the pixels regions, a switching thin film transistor and a driving thin film transistor in each pixel region of the substrate, a first electrode which is electrically connected to the drain electrode of the driving thin film transistor in each pixel region, an organic light emitting layer which covers the first electrode and is divided for each pixel region, and a second electrode which is formed on an insulating layer including the organic light emitting layers of the pixel regions. So, the manufacturing process of the organic electroluminescent display diode can be simplified. |
