The present invention relates to a sample plate usable in a MALDI-TOF mass spectrometer. Especially, provided are the sample plate useful especially in measuring a molecular weight of a polymer material of a hundred Da level and a manufacturing method of the sample plate. According to the present invention, the sample plate comprises: a target plate; an organic matrix formed on one surface of the target plate; and a parylene thin film formed on the target plate on which the organic matrix is formed and formed to cover the entire organic matrix.
