The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for developing software using a data-based programming model. The apparatus for developing the software includes: a data object generation unit for generating a data object in response to an input of a user; a data object management unit for performing at least one from transference, combination, and extinction of the data object; a performance code management unit for generating and managing performance information with respect to the data object; an input-output unit for receiving, from the user, information related to at least one from generation, transference, combination, extinction of the data object, and editing of a performance code, and outputting at least one from data code, the performance code, and an execution result of the performance code to the user; a storage unit for storing the data code and the performance code; and an execution unit for executing the performance code. The software using the data-based programming model, capable of independently performing generation, extinction, transference, combination, and editing on the data object with respect to respective data instances included in the software is developed. Accordingly, action of a thing in a real world is easily modeled, and since the respective data instances are individually controlled, inheritance or transformation inheritance of a class is unnecessary and individual transformation or whole transformation of an object is selected as necessary. In addition, the performance code is transformed over the data instances as necessary, so that parallel processing is easily performed, software modeling intuitively similar to the real world is possible, and developing the software is easily performed. |
