This packaging body (100) for absorbent articles includes: a packaging sheet (70) for individually packaging the absorbent articles; and an adhesive tape (90), one end of which is peelably bonded to the surface of the packaging sheet, and the other end of which is joined to a longitudinal end of the packaging sheet. The adhesive tape is configured so that a first adhesive layer (95), a first base material (91), a second adhesive layer (96), and a second base material (92) are layered in the stated order, the first adhesive layer abutting against a non-facing surface (72) of the packaging sheet; and there is provided a connecting section for connecting the first base material and the second base material together. The second adhesive layer is configured so as to be joined to the second base material and peelably bonded to the first base material, and to be exposed by the peeling of the second base material and the second adhesive layer from the first base material and the folding of the second base material and the second adhesive layer about the connecting section. |
