PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrophilicity antifouling treatment method of a building outer wall face which can form a low fouling coating film in which the fouling of a coating film surface by the adsorption of dust and an oily substance in the atmosphere is few, a fouling resistance is excellent for a long term in which the rain trace mark after rainfall hardly remains, and which is excellent in water resistance, on an old coating film existing at the outer wall face of a building.SOLUTION: The hydrophilicity antifouling treatment method of a building outer wall face that forms a hydrophilicity antifouling coating film is such that a primer is applied on an old coating film that exists at the outer wall face of a building, and a primer coating film is formed, then a hydrophilicity antifouling coating is applied on the primer coating film, the film thickness is 10-40 μm, and the water contact angle of the coating film surface is at most 50°. |
