PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yoke assembly for a torque detection device, which allows a yoke ring to be accurately and surely positioned in a form block without providing the form block with a positioning pin though being configured so as to eliminate a spacer for positioning of the yoke ring, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: Circumferential-direction positioning parts A comprising concave portions 7 and convex portions 8 are formed on outer peripheral edges of annular parts 2A and 3A of a pair of yoke rings 2 and 3, and a lower mold L and intermediate molds M1 and M2 provided with fitting parts B and B to which the circumferential-direction positioning parts A and A of the yoke rings 2 and 3 are to be fitted are used to position the yoke rings 2 and 3 so that a plurality of magnetic pole claws 6 equally arranged on the inner peripheral sides of the yoke rings are alternately arranged, and a resin is charged into a form block including the lower mold L and intermediate molds M1 and M2 and is molded. |
