PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particulate filter that allows an efficient promotion of burning of PM, deposited on the particulate filter.SOLUTION: The catalyst layer 22 provided on the exhaust gas passage wall 21 of the particulate filter comprises PdPt supporting composite particles that are composite particles in which ZrCe-based complex oxides 23 comprising zirconium (Zr) and cerium (Ce) are supported on active alumina particles 24, and are supporting, as catalyst metal, palladium (Pd) 25 and platinum (Pt) 26. |
