PURPOSE:To prevent laser beam from leaking outside and the overradiation and erroneous radiation by installing a hollow member which cuts off laser beam and allows the aiming light to pass, at the top edge part of hand piece for introducing the aiming light and laser beam to an aimed article. CONSTITUTION:A hollow member 3 is arranged at the top edge part 20 of a hand piece 2 for introducing the aiming light and the laser beam L1 at the therapeutic part O as aimed article. A vapor deposition film for allowing only the wave length of the aiming light for aiming the therapeutic place O to pass and cuts off the laser beam for therapy is formed on the inside or outside of the hollow member 3. Accordingly, when the therapeutic place O is aimed by the aiming light, an operator can confirm by eyes from outside through the hollow member 3 if the aimed place is the therapeutic place O of a patient P or not, and can radiate the laser beam for therapy free from error, and overradiation can be prevented. Further, the operator is prevented for his eyes from being injured by the laser beam for therapy, and can devote himself to therapy with ease. |
