The present invention relates to a fuel cell system, and comprises: a fuel cell for allowing a chemical reaction of hydrogen and air to occur at a high temperature, wherein methane is supplied from the outside of the fuel cell and the methane is modified to generate hydrogen inside the fuel cell; a humidifier provided at one side of the fuel cell in order to contain steam in the methane; and a thermoelectric element installed between the fuel cell and the humidifier, wherein the heat is absorbed to one side of the thermoelectric element from the fuel cell, and is discharged to cooling water flowing in the humidifier, through the other side of the thermoelectric element, so the energy conversion efficiency of the fuel cell is improved through composite electricity generation of the fuel cell and the thermoelectric element. |
