摘要 The present invention relates to a heating flat element for offsetting an electromagnetic wave which includes a coating layer formed on a surface of a fabric mesh to generate a far infrared ray and an electromagnetic wave offset part for preventing electromagnetic waves from being generated. A heating flat element for offsetting an electromagnetic wave according to the present invention includes a mesh fabric including a fabric mesh formed by weaving a plurality of traversal and longitudinal fabric threads, a first electrode line formed right of the fabric mesh in parallel to the longitudinal thread and a second electrode line formed left of the fabric mesh in parallel to the traversal thread; an insulating layer formed on upper and lower surfaces of the mesh fabric; and an electromagnetic wave offset part formed on the insulating layer, wherein the electromagnetic wave offset part includes at least conductive wire formed in parallel to the traversal thread, a fourth electrode line formed right of the conductive wire in parallel to the first electrode line, and an insulating film formed on upper and lower surfaces of the offset layer. A resistance value of the fabric mesh is greater than that of the conductive wire, and the second and third electrode lines are electrically connected to each other, so that current flows in the order of the fourth, third, second and first electrode lines or the first, second, third and fourth electrode lines.
