PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker capable of reducing the gap length of a magnetic gap.SOLUTION: Bottom plates 3, magnets 4, and top plates 5 are fixed by lamination on a base 2 made of a non-magnetic material. Then, outer yokes 7 are pressurized against the end surfaces of lamination bodies 6 via voice coil boards 9 held between each pair of gap tools. While keeping this state, the outer yokes 7 are connected to the lamination bodies 6 with the use of fastening members made of a non-magnetic material. Then, the outer edges of a diaphragm 10 are connected to the upper ends of the voice coil boards 9, the diaphragm 10 is supported by the base 2 via dampers 11, and subsequently, both of the gap tools being positioning tools are pulled out in a direction apart from the diaphragm 10 along the voice coil boards 9. Consequently, the gap length of each magnetic gaps G required for a magnetic circuit can be set by reduction for each product regardless of a variation in the thickness dimensions of the voice coil boards 9. |
