The present invention relates to a hard-metal insert align and reversal device combined with a hard-metal insert transfer device to align the center of a hard-metal insert and perform reversal work. The present invention comprises: a body part, which is a steel panel of which cross section has a ′그′ shape and having predetermined thickness and a rectangular area, and comprising a first support panel which is an upper horizontal surface of the ′그′ shape, a second support panel which is a vertical surface, and a block bracket which is a lower horizontal surface combined with the hard-metal insert transfer device; a grip part placed on a side of the first support panel to have a predetermined gap with the upper horizontal surface in a horizontal longitudinal direction; a sliding support part forming a 90 degree angle to the grip part, and placed on the lower surface of the grip part by being attached to the upper horizontal surface of the first support panel; and an up-and-down movement part placed in a space surrounded by the first and second support panels and the block bracket of the body part, and combined with the second support panel to move the grip part up and down. |
