Provided are an anti-static polarizing plate which comprises: a polarizing plate including a polarizer, and an anti-static layer stacked on the surface of the polarizing plate, wherein the anti-static layer includes at least one from a hydrolyzable organic silicide and a condensation polymer thereof; an anti-static polarizing plate having an adhesive layer; and an optical laminate.
