In the present invention, provided is a polarizing plate having excellent cooling and heating resistance properties while having good processability for chopping at the same time. The polarizing plate comprises: a first protective film; a first adhesive layer; a second adhesive layer; and a second protective film in a described order. The first adhesive layer has a storage modulus greater than or equal to 0.1 MPa and less than 800 MPa at 80°C. The second adhesive layer has a storage modulus more than or equal to 800 MPa and less than 10000 MPa.
