摘要 The invention provides an eddy-current flaw testing method and an eddy-current flaw testing device. In the eddy-current flaw testing method for detecting hair cracks in a rail way with a resolution under that of an eddy-current flaw testing probe at short dense internals, the depth of each crack is evaluated for each crack. Referential signals of figure 2A are arranged at preset intervals at position n like figure 2C, and the amplitude of each referential signal is adjusted so that the combined signal combined, after the amplitude of each referential signal is adjusted, is consistent with the combined actual eddy-current flaw test signals. The amplitude adjusting value of the referential signals is obtained when the combined signal of each referential signal is most consistent with the combined actual eddy-current flaw test signals, and the actual flaw is evaluated based on the amplitude adjusting value.
