PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device which can improve assemblability of an actuator and can be downsized.SOLUTION: A power transmission device 1 includes: a differential mechanism 15 which comprises a differential case 3, a differential gear 5 and a pair of output gears 7, 9; an output shaft 13 connected with the output gear 9 of the pair of output gears 7, 9 to be integrally rotated; an input part 17 which is disposed on the output shaft 13 and where driving force is input; an output part 19 outputting the driving force transmitted to the input part 17; an intermittent mechanism 21 which is disposed between the input part 17 and the output part 19 and intermits power transmission between the input part 17 and the output part 19; and an actuator 23 which actuates the intermittent mechanism 21, wherein the actuator 23 includes an electric motor 25, a deceleration mechanism 27 which decelerates rotations of the electric motor 25 and a conversion mechanism 29 which converts the rotation of the deceleration mechanism 27 into operation force in an axial direction. |
