PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker having an operation explanation mode of explaining an operation method, which solves a problem that the explanation of the operation method is interrupted or terminated by an unintended operation during the explanation of the operation method.SOLUTION: A heating cooker comprises: a main power supply switch 15 for inputting on-off commands to the main power supply; a control part 8 for controlling an inverter part including a heating coil; an operation part 4 for setting an operating condition; a display part 12 for displaying a set condition; a notice part 13 for noticing the set condition by voice; and a voice switch 16 for shifting into an operation explanation mode of explaining an operation method by either or both of the display part 12 and the notice part 13. When the heating cooker shifts into the operation explanation mode, an input to the operation part 4 is disabled during the explanation of the operation method is performed. Accordingly, explanation of the operation method is prevented from being interrupted or terminated by an unintended operation during explanation of the operation method thereby to improve usability of a user. |
