The present invention relates to an ultrasonic probe apparatus and an ultrasonic imaging apparatus. The ultrasonic probe apparatus comprises: an ultrasonic transducer which receives an ultrasonic wave and outputs an electrical signal; an acoustic sound absorption unit which has one surface on which the ultrasonic transducer is installed, and is electrically connected to the ultrasonic transducer; a first electronic circuit which is electrically connected to the acoustic sound absorption unit; and an electrical connection unit which is disposed between the acoustic sound absorption unit and the first electronic circuit and electrically connects the first electronic circuit and the acoustic sound absorption unit. The ultrasonic imaging apparatus comprises an ultrasonic probe and a main body.
