The present invention relates to a changeable LED-illumination device, capable of increasing or decreasing the number of main body units which are light emitting units equipped with multiple LED light sources, depending on a situation. For this purpose, the changeable LED-illumination device comprises: a holder unit (10) which is combined with a supporting member installed in an installation area; the main body unit (20) which is combined with the holder unit (10) and provides illumination; a cover unit (30) which is combined with one side of the main body unit (20) and finishes the other side of the main body unit (20) that protrudes outwards; and a circuit board (40) which is combined with the main body unit (20). The present invention provides the changeable LED-illumination device which allows the installation of variable number of main body units (20) for adjusting the intensity of illumination depending on the situation of the installation area.
