Provided is a binder for a secondary battery, comprising an IPN-type acryl-based resin. The IPN-type acryl-based resin comprises: a hard segment having a glass transition temperature higher than or equal to 50°C and lower than or equal to 200°C; and a soft segment having the glass transition temperature having higher than or equal to -100°C and lower than or equal to 30°C. Provided in an embodiment of the present invention is the binder for a secondary battery, having high heat resistance and strong adhesion force.
