Provided is a method for forming an electrode of a touch panel forming an external electrode implemented by a fine pattern lower than or equal to tens of microns. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for forming an electrode of a touch panel comprises the following steps: forming a conductive layer in an upper part of a transparent substrate; forming a metal layer in a part of an upper part of the conductive layer; and forming an internal electrode of the touch panel by dry etching the conductive layer, and forming an external electrode by dry etching the metal layer. The internal and external electrodes are formed through a dry etching process at the same time. |
