The present invention relates to a method for making scorched rice soup, enabling a user to pour water into scorched rice to prepare soup on the spot. The method comprises the following steps: preparing scorched rice using white rice, lactobacillus-fermented rice bran, corn, and a Polygonatum odoratum Ohwi extract, as raw materials; pulverizing and roasting the scorched rice; and mixing the roasted scorched rice with Polygonatum odoratum Ohwi skin-aged powder and lactobacillus-fermented rice bran. |
