PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous cleansing cosmetic not only with remarkably excellent cleansing effect of removing oil and fat dirt such as makeup but also with reduced stimulation.SOLUTION: An aqueous cleansing cosmetic comprises (A) water, (B) polyoxyethylene (caprylic/capric acid) glyceryl with the ethylene oxide having an average addition molar number of 6 to 8, (C) at least one selected from polyoxyethylene di-branched fatty acid glyceryl with the ethylene oxide having an average addition molar number of 10 to 30 and polyoxyethylene mono-branched fatty acid ester with the ethylene oxide having an average addition molar number of 3 to 10, and (D) at least one selected from diethylene glycol monoethyl ether, polyoxyethylene (8) polyoxypropylene (5) polyoxybutylene (3) glyceryl ether, polyoxypropylene (14) diglyceryl ether, and bis-ethoxydiglycol succinate. The content of the component (A) is 50 to 99 mass%. |
