PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity protective material which is reusable as an original woven textile product by temporarily executing solidification-molding on a commodity mold for protecting a commodity, and washing the mold to release the solidification-molded state in order to use a commodity finished by a woven-textile product for a commodity protective material of a commodity package.SOLUTION: A reusable commodity protective material is constituted of a raw material 12 of a paste material processed in a sheet, and a woven-textile product. The raw material 12 of the paste material is held between the woven-textile products, and turned into paste by giving water therein. Then, the paste material is held in a forming machine consisting of a male mold having a projecting part which is subjected to the three-dimensional molding to a shape of the commodity mold, and a female mold having a hole part in which the male mold can be fitted, and loaded on a tray having a plurality of vent holes, and dried and solidification-molded in a three-dimensional manner. The paste material is accommodated in a commodity package 11 as a commodity protective material 9. By washing the paste material after the use as the commodity protective material, the solidification-molded state is released for reusing. |
