PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an organic semiconductor layer having high charge transportability or mobility, and excellent stability, and an organic electronic device having high On/Off ratio, and to manufacture the organic electronic device at a low cost.SOLUTION: A composition for organic electronic device is used which contains an organic semiconductor material of specific structure and a specific organic compound. More specifically, the composition for organic electronic device contains an organic compound having an Annulene structure, and an organic compound where an aromatic group and an alkyl group are ester-bonded, carboxylic acid-bonded, carbonyl-bonded, or phenyl ester-bonded. |
