The invention relates to a film-forming coating agent based on a polymer dispersion comprising a water proportion of at least 10% by weight and having a content of organic solvent of 1 to 15% by weight. In the dried state the coating agent forms a film having an adhesive tensile strength of at least 0.1 N/mm2, preferably at least 0.5 n/mm2 and a vapour permeability of less than or equal to 25 mum. The film is additionally mechanically removable. |
