The present invention relates to a method for domesticating and growing a perch fry. More specifically, the method comprises: a preparing step of preparing a perch fry having a size of 4-5 cm and aged for 70-80 days after being hatched in seawater; a seawater generating step of preparing freshwater, and generating seawater by making the freshwater have the same salinity as the seawater of the preparing step; a first domesticating step of removing salinity by adding the perch fry in the seawater, and domesticating the perch fry in freshwater from which salinity is removed; a growing step of growing the perch fry in the freshwater from which salinity is removed by feeding a perch fodder which is the same as in a general growing condition until the perch fry becomes an adult fish; a second domesticating step of domesticating the adult fish by feeding bay salt in the freshwater after the growing step. According to the seawater generating step, the seawater is generated by feeding bay salt of 3-3.3% with respect to the weight of the freshwater. According to the first domesticating step, salinity is removed by slowly mixing the freshwater with the seawater for 5 days, and domestication is performed in the freshwater from which salinity is removed and which is adjusted to have a temperature of 23-25 C. According to the second domesticating step, domestication is performed by sequentially feeding 0.8% of bay salt, 1.2% of bay salt, and 1.8% of bay salt with respect to the freshwater every 24 hours. According to the present invention, minimum bay salt is used, and a mortality rate can be minimized. Also, domestication is performed in a short time, so minimum bay salt is fed in a narrow place. Moreover, a fresh adult fish which does not have a wound can be grown in a short time, and a mortality rate can be minimized. Accordingly, high economical feasibility can be ensured. |
