The present invention relates to a cooling distribution measuring device and a cooling distribution measuring method using the same. The present invention includes: a nozzle part receiving cooling water to be able to control the flux of the cooling water; a water tank part comprising multiple storage cells and placed in the lower part of the nozzle part to collect the cooling water sprayed from the nozzle part; a spray amount measuring unit measuring an amount of the cooling water stored in each of the storage cells; and a spray force measuring unit measuring contact force of the cooling water for each of the storage cells. The present invention progresses with a step of deriving spray amount distribution by measuring a spray amount of the cooling water for each of the storage cells and deriving spray force distribution by measuring the contact force of the cooling water for each of the storage cells, and a step of deriving cooling distribution by adding up the derived spray amount distribution and spray force distribution. Therefore, the present invention is capable of obtaining the quality of a cast-piece by indicating the accuracy of cooling efficiency improved more than the cooling efficiency of the cast-piece, determined only through the spray amount distribution.
