APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MEASURING OXIDE INFORMATION OF ELECTRICAL STEEL

Disclosed are an apparatus and a method to measure oxide information of an electrical steel sheet. The apparatus to measure the oxide information of the electrical steel sheet comprises: an irradiating part which irradiates an electrical steel sheet with an X-ray; a receiving part which detects a fluorescent X-ray generated in the electrical steel sheet; and an analyzing part which calculates oxide information using a peak intensity of a target element in the fluorescent X-ray.
