The present invention relates to a disposable absorbent product inserted in the body. An insertion-type absorbent product comprises: an absorbent body; a collection string equipped on the lower end of the absorbent body for collecting the absorbent body; and a replacement alarming string inserted with one end inside the absorbent body for notifying the replacement time. More specifically, the present invention relates to the absorbent product inserted in the body provided with the replacement alarming string for confirming the replacement time and for checking the replacement time, thereby replacing the absorbent product for a suitable period of time.
