The present invention relates to a device for collecting plankton. The device comprises: a collecting net having a funnel-shaped net, having an inlet for feeding plankton included in seawater or fresh water, and having an outlet for discharging the fed plankton; a bucket formed in a container shape capable of containing plankton, having an open end part mounted on the inlet of the collecting net, and collecting and storing the plankton fed in the collecting net; and a fixing unit having one end coupled with the outlet of the collecting net, and pressing and fixing the bucket toward the outlet of the collecting net so as to prevent the bucket mounted on the outlet of the collecting net from being separated therefrom. The device according to the present invention not only can collect plankton but also can simultaneously contain and easily store and transport plankton.
