The present invention provides a ventilation channel steel, a manufacturing method thereof, a ventilation structure and a motor. The ventilation channel steel provided by the present invention comprises a ventilation channel steel body having a plurality of sawteeth which are formed on at least one of two facing side surfaces of the ventilation channel steel body. The ventilation structure provided by the present invention comprises at least two iron core segments having a plurality of sawtooth units, wherein slots to accommodate windings are formed between the adjacent sawtooth units and the ventilation channel steel is formed between the sawtooth units facing one another of the adjacent core segments and the sawteeth of the ventilation channel steel face the slots. According to the ventilation channel steel provided by the present invention, the sawteeth are capable of effectively breaking through a boundary layer between the ventilation channel steel and cooling gas flowing through ventilation grooves, reinforcing heat dissipation effects by increasing a heat dissipation area, easily realizing the process, and deceasing manufacturing difficulty. |
