PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new dithienobenzodithiophene derivative composition which is excellent in solubility in solvents and potentially provides high carrier mobility, and also provide an organic thin film transistor comprising the same.SOLUTION: The dithienobenzodithiophene derivative composition contains 99-80 wt.% of a dithienobenzodithiophene derivative represented by the general formula (1) and 1-20 wt.% of a dithienobenzodithiophene derivative represented by a specific formula, where substituents Rand Rrepresent identical or different substituents selected from the group consisting of n-pentyl, n-hexyl, n-heptyl and n-octyl groups.
