PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device that has a configuration suitable for high speed communication between highly functional function packages.SOLUTION: A communication part of all packages is provided with an oscillator having the same frequency and a counter counting a reference clock signal to be oscillated by the oscillator. The counter counts a count value corresponding to a division ratio with respect to a reference clock signal of a clock signal to be generated, and the communication part sends out a reset signal of the counter to all the packages including own package when the count value of the counter reaches a predetermined value. The reset signal is subjected to Wired-OR, and a reset of the counter of all the packages is configured so as to be released at a timing when a last package releases a reset. Thereby, the counter of all the packages starts counting up at the same timing, so that the counter thereof can be synchronized. |
