PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin external agent having excellent springy feeling effect and also suppressing distinctive sticky feeling from sugar.SOLUTION: By compounding (A) a mixed solution of a cassava tuber extract or glycosyl trehalose/a hydrogenated starch decomposition product, which imparts springy feeling to the skin and (B) a cape gooseberry fruit extract in combination, use feeling having sufficient springy feeling due to stickiness improvement effect of the cape gooseberry fruit extract and having no stickiness can be obtained. |
