PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a substrate provided with a hardened resin layer which enables production of a substrate provided with a hardened resin layer having a pattern with high productivity.SOLUTION: A method of producing a substrate provided with a hardened resin layer includes: a step of forming a notch of such a depth as to penetrate the protective film and the hardenable resin layer but not to penetrate a temporary support medium in a transfer material containing, in order, a temporary support medium, a hardenable resin layer and a protective film; a step of exposing the hardenable resin layer by removing the protective film in areas other than a partial area of the transfer material, a step of adhering the transfer material having the area left with the protective film and the area exposed with the hardenable resin layer to a substrate; a step of removing the temporary support medium, the hardenable resin layer, and the protective film in the area left with the protective film and the temporary support medium in the areas exposed with the hardenable resin layer simultaneously from the transfer material adhered with the substrate; and a step of hardening the hardenable resin layer of the transfer material with the temporary support removed to form a hardened resin layer. The hardenable resin layer contains a binder resin. |
