PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water type emulsion composition excellent in spread and affinity on application, having less stickiness after the application, also hardly adhering a composition with a material in contact therewith after the application and having further high moisture retainability.SOLUTION: The oil-in-water type emulsion composition includes at least one component among volatile oil, polar oils and fats having ≥30°C and ≤45°C melting point, a higher alcohol being solid at 25°C and a higher fatty acid being solid at 25°C, and a hydrophobic powdery material. |
