PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable establishment of effective compatibility between the effect of preventing a side member from causing surface vibrations complying with a lateral force and the like of a suspension arm and the effect of preventing plastic deformation of its cross-sectional shape, by a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A front sub-frame structure includes a pair of right and left side members 7 which are provided with an arm supporting part 18, and a cross member 11 which is elongated in a vehicle-width direction to connect the right and left side members 7. A front part 13 of the side member, which is positioned on the front side of a vehicle with respect to the arm supporting part 18, is formed in a pipe-like cross-sectional shape which has ridgelines elongated in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and a flat plate part arranged between the ridgelines adjacent to each other. A rear part 14 of the side member provided with the arm supporting part 18 is formed in a pipe-like cross-sectional shape which has a curved surface larger in curvature than the flat plate part of the front part 13 of the side member. Both right and left ends of the cross member 11 are connected to the rear part 14 of the side member. |
